A little bit of rainbow

Rae and Bo are both our rainbow babies, so rainbows have always meant a little more in our family.

When Raising Kind began taking shape, it felt only right that a rainbow became part of its story too — a little imperfect, full of hope, and a reminder that something beautiful can come after something hard.

Kindness is something we do.

Over the years, volunteering with shelter dogs became something really important to our family.

I wanted my kids to grow up understanding that kindness isn’t just something we talk about — it’s something we do. It’s showing up. Helping when you can. Taking care of each other. And noticing the little things.

And Raising Kind Co. was born.

Somewhere along the way, I started wondering what it would look like to build something around all of that.

What started with handmade dog bandanas has grown into an idea that’s much bigger than what we make.

Raising Kind is about raising kind humans. Building a community of people who care. Supporting rescue dogs. Taking care of ourselves. Getting outside. Trying new things. And finding simple ways to leave things a little better than we found them.

What we make is one way we bring that idea to life. We’re creating things we genuinely love and use, while building giving back into the heart of what we do.

We’re building this from the very beginning — figuring it out, learning as we go, and bringing you along for all of it.

Thanks for being here early. 🌈🐾

Be part of something kind.” 🌈🐾
